We collect the information you provide in the reservation form: name, email address, optional phone, optional city or country, selected events, number of seats, reservation consent and optional newsletter consent.

Why we use it

We use reservation details to register your request, send your confirmation, contact you about the events you selected and manage venue access. If you choose the optional newsletter consent, we may also send future news from THE IONIAN AFFAIR.

Where it is stored

Reservation details are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by the dedicated THE IONIAN AFFAIR Google account and are accessible only to the organizing team.

Website analytics

We use Statcounter to understand how visitors use this website and improve it. This service may process your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral information and analytics cookies to measure visits and returning visitors.

Your choices

Reservation-related communication is required so we can manage your booking. Newsletter consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
